Show Format:

This show is about the Muzzle loading firearm and related items of life in North America up to 1840. Muzzle loading guns, parts, shooting supplies and accessories, books, art, clothing, and accouterments should all relate to the American fur trade era and before. Items such as cartridge guns, plastic stocks or inline muzzleloaders, modern packaged foods or other modern items that do not pertain to the above times are not permitted. Blackl Powder is not permitted in the show. No alcoholic beverages permitted.

Space Rental:

Last Year’s traders have been reserved space which will be held until December 31, 2022. We will attempt to place all traders participating in the show at the same location or one similar to the layout of the prior show. If you merchandise more effectively by building or bringing your own display racks, etc., please do so. Please specify the number of tables and chairs you need. If you need extra chairs, the cost is $5.00 each. 2 Trader passes are included in space, up to 4 passes per trader for multiple tables/booths. Extra trader passes can be purchased separately. All trader passes must be associated to a trader and cannot be used for general admission (See the application form).

** Note: Space rental is the table-top area. If your display takes up more space than the rented table-top space, you will be charged for the area utilized. In no case can the display encroach on the aisles.

** Note: Show placement and trader space assignments are processed in early January and will be mailed after February 1^st,2023.

Payment:

Full Payment is required with your application by December 31, 2022. If payment is not received in full, you will be placed on a “Standby List” until payment in full has been received.

Rental Space:	Table Space 8’ x 30”, limit 8 spaces (includes 1 table, 2 folding chairs)	$40.00
	Booth Space 10’ x 10’ (includes 3 tables in U-shape setup, 2 folding chairs,)	$120.00

RV Parking:

RV parking is available at the fairgrounds. Please check in with the fairgrounds office on arrival to pay for your parking; cost for RV parking is $20.00/night without hookup, $25.00/night with power hookup (water and sewer are not available in the winter season). The fairground controls all pricing and it is subject to change after this mailing. There is no RV parking available next to the Event Center or in the center of the fairgrounds. Sales Tax:
